Portville Baptist Christian School
The Portville Baptist Christian School was founded in 1980 by
the Portville Baptist Church.
Objective
To provide an education with Christian moral values, to maintain
a high academic quality for the development of the potential and
capacity of the student, and to develop good Christian character
and principles of life for attending children.
Educational Materials
To meet and exceed all New York State educational requirements, "A Beka Books" and
"Bob Jones" material are used to enhance traditional learning methods as well as create
a strong Christian foundation.
Learning Labs
Portville Baptist Christian School provides two computer learning labs. A Pre-K/K lab
provides on-line reading and mathematics exercises that are both comprehensive and
fun. A 1st through 12th grade lab provides productivity tools, learning tools and internet
research capabilities. All computer learning sessions are supervised by our trained

Handbook
Specific guidelines for student attendance, behavior, attire, and discipline are provided
in writing to parents and guardians to ensure the optimum environment for children's
learning, development and successful achievement of the school's objective. Click here

Forms
The following downloadable forms must be completed and be accompanied by the
registation fee for new students: 1) Student Application; 2) Physical and Immunization;
and 3) Statement of Cooperation.
Per Student Registration Fee (2012-2013 School Year)
Student Application and Registration Fee are to be delivered to the Portville Baptist
Christian School office. The registration fee for a new student is $40.00 and must
accompany the Student Application. If the new student application is not accepted, the
$40.00 registration fee will be refunded. Prior to the new school year and based on the
month in which paid, the returning student registration fee is as follows:

Per Student Tuition (2012-2013 School Year)
Per Student Tuition, inclusive of other fees, for the year may be paid in full prior to the
class year or divided into 10 equal payments due at the first of the month beginning in
August. Late payments are charged $10.00. Delinquent payments may lead to student
suspension.
